Furthermore, to assist our passengers with cancelled itineraries to better adjust their travel plans, especially those who do not want to rebook for a future date at this time, we offer a Credit Voucher of equal value to the booking purchased, valid for redemption on any future transportation within the next 18 months.

- Cancellation more than 30 calendar days before the services begin , Full Refund
- Cancellation between 30 to 16 calendar days before services begin : You will be charged 5% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 15 to 7 calendar days or less before the service : you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 6 to the day of the services or after : You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
It usually takes up to 15 working days to prosess a refund
If the original payment was made by credit card, any refund needed will be refunded back to the same credit card used. The refund will appear on the credit card website within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
If the original payment was made by check, any refund needed will be reviewed by our Refund Center once a week. A check will be cut the following week and mailed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund check.
International refunds will be processed via wire . Wire refunds can take up to 4 weeks.
