Booking Conditions of Credit Voucher

For everyone at KANTZOS, the personal safety and health of our passengers and our personnel is a top priority.

From the very first moment, we have introduced flexible and precautionary measures in order to ensure that you continue to feel safe whenever you make a booking and you travel with KANTZOS.

Furthermore, to assist our passengers with cancelled itineraries to better adjust their travel plans, especially those who do not want to rebook for a future date at this time, we offer a Credit Voucher of equal value to the booking purchased, valid for redemption on any future transportation within the next 18 months.

Your Credit Voucher is valid for 18 months starting from the date your Credit Voucher is issued


If you dont use the Credit Voucher within the period of 18 months we are obliged to refund your booking


You can use your Credit Voucher as many times as you like till you use the entire ammount you have send for your cancelled booking


If your Credit Voucher is partially used within the period of 18 months , you are entitled for a refund for the ammount of money you havent used


The Credit Voucher will be issued under your name and you alone can use it.That means any future booking with this Credit Voucher must be made by you, the holder of the initial cancelled booking.
