Our Company has a Customer Service Department that operates from Monday till Friday from 09.00 till 17.00 (GMT+2) local time.
We will handle your request with the appropriate manner and we urge you to contact us for any issues that may arise and your Sales Agent cannot solve with the way you expect.
Our Customer Service Department is responsible for handling any matter that was not solved by a Sales Agent.

How to reserve
You can contact our Sales Department to rent a Bus / Coach by mail , Phone Call, Our Web Site Form and our online booking platform. Once we receive your request a Sales Agent will be assigned to reply to your request.It usually takes up to 48 hours to send you an offer.
You can send a request by submitting a Free Quote, available in our Main Page which is the easiest way for a Sales Agent to create an offer for you.
Once you receive your offer you will be give an option date to confirm the booking. Booking are confirmed once you pay the Deposit. You can pay us by Bank Transfer , online payment with cash or credit card and with paypal.
